- Refunds & Returns policy: "We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
- Shipping or delivery policy: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days for standard domestic shipping, depending on your location. We ship via USPS and do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination
- Cancellation policy: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipping date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of shipment may be subject to a restocking fee and will not be eligible for a full refund.
